A Beverly Hills practice, #1 for the terms every plastic surgeon wants.

#1best plastic surgeon in the worldGoogle · worldwide

#1tummy tuckGoogle Images

In plastic surgery SEO it doesn't get more competitive: the top worldwide term, the top local term in the most expensive market, and the image results for one of the most searched procedures. Organic traffic grew 98× along the way.

An established Beverly Hills practice with a strong name offline and almost no search presence: under 60 organic visits a day, page five for its main term and nothing in the top ten for its revenue procedures. I built the strategy and led it from day one, then executed it month by month: on-page work, content and link building, in the order that moved revenue first.

  • A full strategy first: keywords, competitors, content gaps and a link plan, in priority order
  • Every procedure page rebuilt to be the best answer on the web for that procedure, using the surgeon's own case data
  • Technical audit and fixes across 290+ pages, plus schema for procedures, FAQs and reviews
  • Topic clusters around every commercial procedure, refreshed as pages aged
  • Links from high-authority medical and lifestyle publications, every month

What this means for you

The 12-Month Plan is the same process: a strategy built for your site and market, then on-page work, content and links in the order that moves revenue first. Every market is different, so I can't promise the same numbers, but the method is the one behind these.

DTC e-commerceSkincare2022–2023

From 200 organic visits a month to 200 a day, in under a year.

Google Analytics counts it daily: organic search went from a flat line to about 200 new users every day, ahead of organic social, direct and paid. Ahrefs puts the monthly total at 47× where it started.

A skincare brand with a good product, a working paid-social engine and fewer than 200 organic visits a month after four years online. Very few sites linked to it. My strategy did two things at once: built links from high-traffic, high-quality sites every month, and published content on topics I found that its buyers were searching for and no one was answering well.

  • Links every month from high-traffic, high-quality sites, to fix a thin link profile
  • Many new articles on topics I found: specific concerns, ingredient pairings, treatment comparisons
  • Each article written to beat the existing top three, and linked to the matching product

TripLog: the highest organically ranked mileage app on Google.

Twelve months in, TripLog ranked #2 for “mileage tracker” and “mileage app” and outranked MileIQ, the mileage app Microsoft owned at the time. Microsoft also owns Bing, a search engine of its own.

Late in 2018, TripLog was losing rankings and organic traffic after a website redesign. I ran a competitor analysis, in-depth keyword research and a full site audit, and the plan that came out of it was clear: fix the on-page problems, then build links consistently. The audit, most of the on-page work, content creation and foundational link building were all done in month one. After six months, TripLog had moved from page two into the top five for its most competitive keywords.

  • Technical SEO audit and a full backlink analysis
  • Site-wide on-page optimization
  • Link building through blog content and outreach, every month for a year

DTC e-commerceMotorcycle, dirt bike & ATV parts2017–2018

Motorcycle, dirt bike and ATV parts store: 2.4× the organic visits in four months.

An established parts store with thousands of product pages and a long traffic plateau. The first job was cleaning up a risky link profile. Then I built white-hat links through outreach and custom content assets, like infographics, made to be shared, and consulted on site architecture, on-page and technical SEO.

  • Link detox: toxic links audited and disavowed
  • White-hat link building through outreach
  • Custom infographics and content assets, created and distributed for links

SEO + AI search · GEO · AIO

Rank on Google. Get recommended by AI.

More buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews who to hire, and each answer names only a few businesses. I write every page to rank on Google and to be the business AI recommends.

See who AI recommends instead of you.

The AI visibility report in your free audit asks the three engines 20 real buyer questions, like “best tummy tuck surgeon in Beverly Hills” or “mommy makeover cost near me.” It shows how often you're named, who is named instead, and the reasons they get picked.

Then I fix your pages so AI has something to quote: a direct answer at the top, specific facts, and structured data that matches the page.

Named instead

Why they get picked

How I write pages AI can quote

Eight things every page gets, on top of solid SEO.

    01

    Answer first

The first 40 to 60 words under each heading answer the question outright, so an engine can quote them whole.

    02

    Facts engines can quote

Prices, recovery times, credentials, years and counts. Specific numbers get cited. Adjectives don't.

    03

    Full topic coverage

Every attribute the top pages and AI answers mention about the topic, covered once and accurately.

    04

    Structured data

FAQ, Service, Product, Review, LocalBusiness and Person schema that matches what's on the page.

    05

    Comparison blocks

Tables and side-by-sides for the “X vs Y” and “best for” questions AI tools love to answer.

    06

    Visible expertise

Named authors, credentials, reviewed-by lines and real case context. E-E-A-T you can point to.

    07

    Fresh dates and sources

Current years, current stats and cited sources. Stale pages drop out of AI answers first.

    08

    Consistent business facts

Name, services, locations and hours that match across your site, Google profile and directories.

    Example

Same question. One version gets quoted.

Most pages open with brand copy. AI answers skip it. Toggle to see the rewrite and what changed.

Q: How long is tummy tuck recovery?

Example paragraph. Medical content is approved by your practice before it's published.

The fastest wins are already on your site.

Pages stuck on page two and pages that have gone stale cost less to fix than writing something new, and both can pay off in weeks.

    Striking distance

    Page two to page one.

A page at #14 gets under 1% of the clicks. At #4 it gets around 8%, on an average click curve.

    Content refresh

    Stale to fresh.

Old years, thin sections and dated stats get rewritten against what ranks today, then tracked.

While we work together, I track the pages your competitors publish, the topics trending in your industry and who AI recommends. You hear about changes before they cost you traffic.

    Every topic in your industry

Your content plan comes from a map of every topic your industry covers, plus new ones as they trend, across a growing list of US markets. No guessing what to write next.

    Built for Google and AI

Every page is written to rank on Google and to be quoted by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews, as search keeps changing.

    First access to new tools

I build my own SEO and AI-search software. Clients get first access to new tools as they ship.

    Questions

    Before you buy.

What is in the free audit?

Three reports and a call. The outdated content report lists every page that is outdated or losing traffic, the traffic it could win back, and whether to update or rewrite it. The striking distance report shows the pages closest to page one and the traffic each would bring in the top three. The AI visibility report shows how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name you and who they name instead. Then a 15-minute call on your goals. It is free, with no obligation.

    Do you take every project?

No. If getting results looks unlikely, or the project would turn into a nightmare for both of us, I will tell you on the call instead of taking your money. I would rather say no than sell work I do not believe in.

Is the call a sales pitch?

No. We go over the reports and your goals. If SEO is not worth it for you right now, I will say so.

    Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position on Google or a mention in ChatGPT. What I guarantee is the scope: every page I take on is analyzed against what ranks, optimized, documented in a change report and tracked. Striking-distance pages that haven't moved after 35 days get one rework at no charge.

    Is this a retainer?

No. You pay per project or per page, upfront. If you want ongoing work, build a monthly plan, and change or stop it any month.

Can I pay by card online?

Request an invoice using the offer button. Card payments use a Stripe-hosted payment link when available; other work is invoiced, card or ACH.

What do you need from me?

Your site and goals. For page work, read access to Google Search Console and a WordPress editor login, or I deliver every change ready to paste. Google Analytics helps but isn't required.

    How fast is delivery?

Work starts within 2 business days of payment. Page batches take 3 to 5 business days. The 12-Month Plan takes 7 to 10 business days. The free audit arrives within 2 business days.

    What are GEO and AIO?

Generative engine optimization and AI optimization: making your pages the ones AI tools quote and name. In practice that means direct answers, specific facts, structured data, visible expertise and consistent business details, on top of solid SEO.

Do you use AI to write?

I use my own software for research, competitor analysis and first drafts. I edit every page and check it against the pages that rank before it ships. Nothing is published without your approval.

    How does medical content work?

Your practice reviews and approves every medical page before it goes live. I don't add clinical claims, prices or outcomes you haven't confirmed.

Do you work with my industry?

Local service businesses, practices, e-commerce, SaaS and B2B software. Not pharmaceuticals, gambling or adult.

How do I pay for larger plans?

By invoice, with card or ACH. Projects under $5,000 are paid upfront. Larger plans are split into a deposit and monthly payments.
